Welcome to Mithai by Mini India. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Our Products

Mithai by Mini India offers traditional Indian sweets prepared especially for Diwali celebrations.

Our mithai is freshly prepared and made without added preservatives. Product appearance, colour and decoration may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.

2. Orders & Pre-Orders

Orders can be placed through our website.
Diwali pre-orders are subject to product availability.
Special discounted pre-order prices are available for orders placed by 25th October, where applicable.
Delivery and collection will be available from 2nd November.
Once an order is confirmed, we will make reasonable efforts to fulfil it as ordered.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Euro (€).
Prices shown at checkout are the prices applicable to your order.
Payment must be completed through the available payment options at checkout.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

4. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your pre-order within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible because your order may have already been scheduled for preparation.

5. Delivery

DPD home delivery is available across Ireland.
The delivery charge is €7.99 per order.
Delivery starts from 2nd November.
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact details.

6. Collection

Customers can choose collection from the available collection points:

Mini India Sandyford
Mini India Westmoreland
Mini India Limerick
Newbridge

Collection starts from 2nd November.

Please bring your order details or confirmation when collecting your order.

7. Freshness

Our mithai is freshly prepared without added preservatives.

8. Returns & Refunds

As our products are fresh food items, we generally do not accept returns after collection or delivery.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or incomplete order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.

9. Product Availability

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to product availability. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer a suitable alternative or refund.

10. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices and other information on our website are accurate. However, minor errors or changes may occur.

11. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

Misuse or attempt to damage the website
Attempt unauthorised access to our systems
Use the website for fraudulent purposes
Copy or reproduce website content without permission
